SOUND/MUSIC: (Rates are effective for events booked through 2018 and are subject to change)
Rates start at $200/hour (4-hour minimum) for a single setup. This means that everything for which you need sound/music is happening in the same room or area.
The Basic Package includes:
• One main sound system (2 speakers, optional sub-woofer for larger rooms)
• One wireless microphone
• Standard lighting package
• Master of ceremony service
• Hands-on coordination with your venue/event planner/caterer, etc.
• Customized set list with unlimited advance consultation on the song pool
• Travel within our regular service area
Double Package: $225 an hour – includes set up for both ceremony and reception. If located at different locations, a second set up is provided to give your guests entertainment before they arrive.
Premium Package: Flat rate of $1500 – includes everything in the Double Package, up to 8 hours of music, and Premium dance floor lighting package.
Standard lighting package free with basic pack- includes 2 mini FX 2.0 laser lights 2 mini Chauvet Strobe lights and 2 Gobo Moon Flowers mounted to two Truss Lighting Stands
Premium dance floor lighting package $400- includes Adj starburst, Revo 3, Chauvet Geyser JR, 2 Chauvet mini FX 2.0 laser lights, 2 mini Chauvet Strobe lights creating your dance floor atmosphere for you and your guests. All are sound activated and remote control, mounted to a full Truss Lighting Stand that is 60X120.
